This study attempts will integrate data lithological, structural, geochemical and remote sensing type, using Geographic Information Systems (GIS to present predictive models of occurrences of porphyry and epithermal type. This integration of all the above data will be employing Fuzzy Logic and Weights of Evidence techniques. The study is conducted in an area between the IGN sheets of Santiago de Chuco and Santa Rosa mainly. The effectiveness of this processing technique to identify favorable targets with potential for economic mineralization will be validated by comparing the predictive targets with known occurrences of the study area.
