Abstract: En el ánimo de orientar hacia a una cultura de prevención y protección de las personas, aparatos eléctricos, instalaciones y viviendas contra averías o fugas eléctricas, mediante el uso de equipos de puesta a tierra, nos llevó a interesarnos en el desarrollo de un Plan de Negocio de una empresa que ofrezca alternativas técnica y económicamente viables para este cometido.
El método de trabajo realizado estuvo orientado a encontrar factores de innovación y diferenciación para el posicionamiento de la marca que identificará a la empresa y al desarrollo de un diagrama de operaciones que promueva la producción de equipos de puesta a tierra, denominado Trivarillas Copperweld, ofrecidos al menor costo posible.
Los resultados determinaron que menos del 2% de las 5`919,719 viviendas que cuentan con energía eléctrica en el Perú tienen estos equipos de PAT, a pesar de estar normado en el Código Nacional de Electricidad – Utilización 2006 vigente. Nuestro mercado objetivo está constituido por el 0.57% (33,638) de los usuarios domésticos, pertenecientes mayormente a los segmentos alto y medio alto.
El estimado de precios del equipo de puesta a tierra propuesto ya instalado, sería un 40% menor que el usado actualmente con una sola varilla Copperweld de 2.40 m, que en nuestro país no cumple con las normas de impregnación del cobre al acero, que sólo se logra por el método de la electrodeposición, que es el que utilizaremos. Además, la facilidad y accesibilidad en la labores de instalación y mantenimiento de nuestro producto le darán una ventaja competitiva real.
La planta que tendrá un área de 50 m2 se ubicará en el distrito de Ate en Lima. La inversión inicial para su implementación en activos fijos es de S/. 886,182.54 que incluye el IGV. Con respecto al capital de trabajo es necesaria la suma de S/. 567,774.31 incluido IGV. El financiamiento ha sido estructurado en 47% de capital propio y 53% de deuda. El costo ponderado de capital es 13.38%.
La evaluación económica y financiera arroja un Valor Actual Económico de S/. 943,068 soles, un Valor Actual Neto Financiero de S/. 1’080,282 soles. La Tasa Interna de Retorno Económica es 54.64%. El ratio beneficio/costo es de 1.25
Esto refleja que existen las condiciones favorables en todos los aspectos y la recuperación de la inversión se hace en tres años, por lo que es altamente recomendable.

The method of work was aimed at finding factors of innovation and differentiation for brand positioning that will identify the company and the development of a flow chart that promotes the production of equipment grounding, called Trivarillas Copperweld, offered to lowest possible cost.
