This research “Controls at elevated hemoglobin and hematocrit miners tunneled to reduce accidents in the Huanzalá Mina” describes the effects of hemoglobin and hematocrit above normal limits on the health of the miners who work inside (adit) of Huanzalá mine is an underground polymetallic mine located in the area known Huanzalá, Huallanca district, province of Bolognesi, department of Ancash, at a height of 4000 meters. Elevated hemoglobin and hematocrit in the blood, affects the health of mine workers, in these conditions is very difficult to work properly in an efficient and secure manner, meeting operating standards, controls operational risks at source, medium or receiver is why in the present study demonstrated that elevated hemoglobin and hematocrit influence the accident or the occurrence of accidents and the “controls the high hemoglobin and hematocrit miners tunneled“ are determined for normal limits and thus “reduce accidents in the Huanzalá Mina”. The research is observational and descriptive level, with the comparative descriptive design where patients healthy individuals was compared with a sample of 152 individuals (adit mining company workers and contractors), inferential statistics were used, using Chi Square for the testing of the hypothesis. Keywords: checks, hemoglobin, hematocrit, miners tunnel, reducing accidents.
