Abstract: Hasta mediados de los años noventa, el productor tenía el poder comercial, ya que creaba el producto y el consumidor tenía que comprarlo, porque no existían alternativas en el mercado. A partir del año 2000, dada la evolución tecnológica, la gran variedad de alternativas y la abundante información existente a través de Internet y las redes sociales, es el cliente quien tiene el poder comercial, ya que si no se siente satisfecho con su proveedor, inmediatamente buscará otras ofertas con las que se sienta mejor servido.
Rímac Seguros, empresa en donde se desarrollaron las actividades a ser presentadas, debe adecuarse a dicho cambio, mediante la adopción de la cultura centrada en el cliente, la cual significa que no solo vender productos, sino enfocarse en construir relaciones duraderas y rentables con sus clientes, lo cual implica convertir procesos tradicionales en procesos que agreguen valor tanto a la empresa pero principalmente al cliente.
Durante el presente documento, se analiza y propone las mejoras al proceso venta de seguros. El relevamiento y análisis de los procesos comerciales permitió identificar oportunidades de mejora que fueron soportadas con el empleo de habilitadores tecnológicos (plataforma SAP CRM Ventas y dispositivos móviles) junto a la gestión del proceso de cambio en las actividades de la fuerza de ventas
Como resultado, se presenta un proceso más eficiente y de mayor productividad para los equipos comerciales y asimismo se convierte en uno de los primeros hitos para capturar y centralizar la información de las interacciones con los clientes, conforme a la estrategia definida por la Empresa.

In this paper, we analyze and propose improvements to the insurance sales process. The survey and analysis of business processes identified opportunities for improvement that were supported with the use of technology enablers (SAP CRM Sales platform and mobile devices) with managing the process of change in the activities of the sales forcé As a result, more efficient and more productive for business teams process is presented and also becomes one of the first milestones to capture and centralize information from interactions with customers, according to the strategy defined by the Company.
