We need to know the main variables that limit the use of the stock market between Peruvian entrepreneurs to set the process of registration and approval of each financing transaction with the state supervisory body (the Superintendency of Securities Market - SMV). Currently, business financing in the market (by selling bonds and commercial paper) represents only 15% of bank credit for businesses, although it is a financial option for better resources in the medium and long term. Under this context, in the last 24 months, the government has included among its emergency measures for the revival of private investment Promotion Law of the Securities Market, to encourage more entrepreneurs turn to market and promote their investment projects, and to date only 74 companies have existing financing bonds, while the bank has about 2,850 customers, from corporations and large companies - which would be potential participants in the market. Furthermore, the Government, through the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) and the SMV, seeks to encourage more investors to buy corporate bonds, for which has eased some of the requirements of public management for medium enterprises, with even very modest results.
