This thesis describes the design and implementation of a system that performs the acquisition of the physical parameters in LEO, that is used to estimate the direction and rotational speed of nanosatellite “Chasqui I“, which has been developed on the basis of studies and engineering applied in previous projects, also it considers the technical requirements and restrictions for the adequate behavior of the system within the nanosatellite. The system consists of two subsystems: the sensory subsystem which uses inertial and reference sensors with the electronic interfaces for signal conditioning of sensors; and control subsystem, which is the unit used to the acquisition and processing of sensor data, in addition it performs data storage and transmission to central control system of the satellite. In the system design are considered the constraints in the low-energy, mass and limited size of the nanosatellite, whereby has been made the proper selection of the components of the subsystems and has developed the electronic board for proper location in structure of the satellite. In performance testing of the system, initially data acquisition sensors was verified for calibration and correction measurements for use in the attitude determination of the satellite, the communication with the central control system was also verified to send the data that forms a section of the information transmitted by the nanosatellite.
