The following thesis is focused on the implementation of a weaving company which commercialization is oriented to the international market. To develop correctly this study is important to take into account fundamental aspects that are detailed below. First of all, the principal aspect is to develop an exhaustive analysis of the international demand in order to have an assertive vision of the article that will be produced, as well as to know the principal target countries with the purpose of catching the major numbers of customers. Moreover, it is necessary to make products with high quality standards in order to get certifications that guarantee the customer satisfaction and the competitiveness of the company. In addition, the location of the company is essential for the progress of it, for this is it is necessary to take into account certain factors as the nearest of the thread suppliers, fabric dyeing services, ended services, fabric finishing services, and shipping ports, facility to obtain qualified workforce, between others; for all these reasons a thorough analysis is performed to obtain a strategic location of the weaving company. Also, recovering the investment in the estimated time and being profitable guarantee to be reliable for investors and to continue growing as a company. The correct location of the company, an effective planning, programming and control of production, the maximum utilization of the installed capacity, and a high level of fabric quality prevent that the company has unnecessary costs not only in material handling, but also penalties that the clients impose for bad quality and/or untimely delivery of the product. Thus, the present project offers the essential guidelines for the technical and economic viability of a weaving company dedicated to export fabrics, and promotes the creation of micro companies in our country.
