The present work has the purpose of the developing to Fire Detector System through Internet with a basic architecture of data of the cadastre of the city of Abancay, to provides with exact and opportune information for the decision making in the company of firemen, these decisions allow to control quickly the emergencies, knowing the exact location and using tools provides to anticipated to take care of the emergency. For the development of the Fire Detector System trough Internet the methodology OO with UML has been used and a fire detector has been constructed which issues information to the computer (local system). The computer processes the data received from the fire sensor, for to sends the information to data server this is in Internet. This data server stores the information in a data base that arrives from the local system (client); from such form it is possible at any time to save and to be access from the facilities of the firemen company. The result of the investigation and after evaluating the hypothesis on the basis of suitable statistic, one was that a significant correlation between the exists fire detector system trough Internet and the decision making that takes place in the firemen company, this way contributes in the significant improvement of the decision making at the moment in which the emergencies of fire in a point of the city appears, allowing to control quickly and avoiding economic and human losses, also appears a high degree of validity since the contrast with the obtained results indicates a high acceptance of the system.
