This degree work addresses methodological innovation to assess stabilized surface, in our case with magnesium chloride, which will serve as a management tool in the evaluation of road functional and structural behavior of granular surfaces rolling on roads not paved and also allow us to establish maintenance operations to be executed in such ways. For the application of the methodology, evaluation was executed by monitoring the path to Caral, which was stabilized with magnesium chloride by the Decentralized Provias executing agency of the Ministry of Transport and Communications. This assessment methodology also allow us to establish the benefits of this type of stabilizer applied in ways of our country under the given conditions as a coastline climate, traffic and physical characteristics of materials.
