A descriptive and comparative research was carried out which envolved transversal and longitudinal design, of prescriptive nature regarding the sanitarian aspects on the water supply system through the use of water truck containers in the district of Ate, Villa El Salvador and Ventanilla. Some proposals were created for their improvement in Lima and Callao. Some of the related proposals had the following as goals: To determine the concentration of residual Clorox and to determine the sanitarian conditions so that later, a proposal can be elaborated to improve the quality of water in the supply system (through the use of water truck containers) for human consumption. The population used for this test, included all the districts from Lima and Callao; a total of 42 districts. For Lima, 36 and for Callao only 6.The sample was established not in a random way, and was integrated with 19 water-truck containers, 01 point of water supply that comes from watertruck containers and 689 houses for the district of Ventanilla; 20 watertruck containers, 01 point of water supply that comes from water-truck containers.and 550 houses for the district of Villa el Salvador, and 10 water-truck containers, 01 point of water supply that comes from watertruck containers and 612 houses for the district of Ate-Vitarte. The instrument used for Clorox measure in water was the Comparative Cloros Residual. Three evaluation sanitary formats were used for the Cloros residual and the sanitarian inspection on each stage of the no conventional system: point of water supply that comes from water-truck containers, water truck containers, and housing- water-tanks. The results allowed to show the following hypothesis; that there is difference on the level of Clorox concentration of water in three measurement points: The risk level in the water supply system through the use of water_truck_ containers among the different neighborhoods and districts.Sanitarian conditions. On the other hand, the districts evaluated show that there is no difference on the level of Clorox concentration in the water that comes from the water-truck containers.Among other conclusions, one can see the Cloros level and the sanitarian conditions getting worse during the mentioned system of water supply using water-truck containers. Key words: water, water trucks containers, supply system, concentration of residual Clorox, sanitarian conditions
