Access to technology increased the use of food delivery applications, so their owners and food chains identified the opportunity to maintain contact with the customer through home delivery service. Therefore, through the Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) model, an investigation was carried out with variables such as: navigation system, compatibility and ease of use. Also, the quality of food and service, based on perceived value and satisfaction, to obtain loyalty towards the food application. A total of 465 surveys were carried out, where 400 of them were validated. The data were obtained through non-probabilistic convenience sampling, through the statistical structural equation model (SEM) by the partial squares method with the Smart PLS program. This research obtained that the stimuli present a positive relationship with perceived value and satisfaction, with the exception of the navigation system. Likewise, the quality of the food shows no relationship with perceived value. In addition, it was identified that perceived value and satisfaction influence user loyalty as a response.
