Las Habilidades Blandas y su relación con el Perfil de Egreso de la carrera de Administración en la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego – Piura 2023-II

Abstract

La presente tesis de investigación titulada, las habilidades blandas y su relación con el perfil de egreso de la carrera de administración en la universidad privada Antenor Orrego – Piura 2023-II, tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre las habilidades blandas con el perfil de egreso. En cuanto a la metodología, se realizó una investigación correlacional con una población de 641 y una muestra de 241 estudiantes de la carrera de administración en la universidad privada Antenor Orrego – Piura 2023-II. En este estudio, la recopilación de información se realizó mediante una encuesta que directamente abordó las variables de estudio. Después de administrar el cuestionario y recopilar los datos, se utilizó la estadística descriptiva como método de análisis. Esta técnica permitió presentar los resultados a través de tablas y gráficos, brindando una representación visual y resumida de la información obtenida. También, empleó la estadística inferencial para realizar un análisis más profundo donde se aplicaron pruebas como la del coeficiente alfa de Cronbach y Spearman. Los resultados obtenidos indican, que si existe relación de las habilidades blandas con el perfil de egreso. También, se ha logrado conocer que la mayoría de los estudiantes de la carrera de Administración tienen un nivel alto de desarrollo de habilidades blandas y hemos identificado que existe una cantidad significativa de estudiantes (143 de 241 encuestados) que sí manejan conocimiento del perfil egreso. Además, en el estudio de la correlación de Spearman se analizó que existe correlación positiva media entre las habilidades blandas y el perfil de egreso. Asimismo, frente a las recomendaciones se sugiere mejorar la formación en estas habilidades en la carrera de Administración en la Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego sede Piura y potenciar las habilidades blandas durante la formación académica de los estudiantes con el fin de mejorar su comprensión y alcanzar de manera más efectiva los objetivos establecidos en el perfil de egreso

The present research thesis titled, soft skills and their relationship with the graduation profile of the administration degree at the private university Antenor Orrego – Piura 2023-II, aims to determine the relationship between soft skills and the graduation profile. Regarding the methodology, a correlational investigation was carried out with a population of 641 and a sample of 241 students of the administration degree at the private university Antenor Orrego – Piura 2023-II. In this study, information collection was carried out through a survey that directly addressed the study variables. After administering the questionnaire and collecting the data, descriptive statistics was used as a method of analysis. This technique allowed the results to be presented through tables and graphs, providing a visual and summarized representation of the information obtained. Also, inferential statistics were used to carry out a more in-depth analysis where tests such as Cronbach's and Spearman's alpha coefficient were applied. The results obtained indicate that there is a relationship between soft skills and the graduation profile. Also, it has been found that the majority of students in the Administration program have a high level of development of soft skills and we have identified that there is a significant number of students (143 of 241 surveyed) who do have knowledge of the graduation profile. Furthermore, in the Spearman correlation study, it was analyzed that there is a medium positive correlation between soft skills and the graduation profile. Likewise, in light of the recommendations, it is suggested to improve training in these skills in the Administration degree at the Antenor Orrego Private University, Piura headquarters, and to enhance soft skills during the academic training of students in order to improve their understanding and achieve more effectively the objectives established in the graduation profile.
