The present thesis entitled ““Entrepreneurial Culture and its relationship with the Competencies of the tenth cycle Administration students of UPAO Piura year 2023 II““ aimed to determine the relationship between Entrepreneurial Culture and the competencies of the tenth cycle Administration students of UPAO Piura year 2023 II. The research sample consisted of 80 tenth cycle administration students of UPAO Piura year 2023 II. The research design was correlational. The main instrument used in this study was the questionnaire consisting of 11 items to measure entrepreneurial culture and 10 items to evaluate the competencies of tenth cycle administration students. The reliability test of Cronbach's Alpha was used to test the hypothesis, obtaining a coefficient of 1.01 for entrepreneurial culture and 1.06 for competencies. Likewise, the Pearson correlation coefficient was used for the general and specific objectives. These research results indicated that there is a relationship between Entrepreneurial Culture and the competencies of the tenth cycle Administration students of UPAO Piura year 2023 II. In conclusion, the findings indicate that there is a direct and significant relationship between the variables studied, which can be supported and verified through the Pearson correlation coefficient, in which a result of 0.94 was obtained, ensuring a strong correlation between both variables
