The objective of the research is to compare the in vitro marginal microleakage in direct class II restorations, made with 3MTM FiltekTM Z350 XT® resin photoactivated at room temperature and fluidized by preheating in human premolars, Huancayo 2023. is focused on a basic type research, in vitro experimental design. in vitro experimental design. In the results it was found that the restorations with resin at room temperature have 100% of "absence of microleakage", the preheated resin presented 30% and 70% of "high microleakage". In conclusion, there is a difference between in vitro marginal microleakage in direct class II restorations made with 3MTM FiltekTM Z350 XT® resin photoactivated at room temperature and fluidized by preheating, with a p > significance level of (0.000 < 0.05).
