The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between obstetric risk factors and premature rupture of membranes in pregnant women attended at the Chilca 2022 Health Center, using a descriptive, correlational and retrospective study methodology, with a census sample of 73 medical records of pregnant women diagnosed with PROM. The results showed a significant association between APN with a χ2= 0.002; vaginal discharge with a χ2= 0.176; UTI with a χ2=0.075 and anemia with a χ2= 0.045 and premature rupture of membranes. In conclusion, the obstetric risk factors associated with premature rupture of membranes were APN, vaginal discharge, urinary tract infection and anemia.
