The research work aimed to determine the relationship between nutritional status and psychomotor development in preschoolers who attend the Perene health center in the Junín 2020 Region. The first variable being nutritional status and the second psychomotor development. The study method was descriptive correlational cross-sectional, the sample consisted of 30 preschoolers who attend the Perene health center. The results of the first variable were that of the total of 30 (100%) preschool children evaluated with the P / E indicator 30 (100%) normal, with the T / E indicator 26 (86.7%) is normal and 4 (13.3%) ) are short, and according to the P / T indicator 29 (96.7%) is normal and 1 (3.3) is overweight. Being the normal nutritional state and the results of the second variable were that of 30 (100%) of preschool children evaluated in the coordination area 28 (93.3%) normal and 2 (6.7%) delay. In the Language area, 26 (86.7%) is normal, 1 (3.3%) is at risk and 3 (10%) are delayed. In the area of normal motor skills 26 (86.7%), 1 (3.3) is at risk and 3 (10%) are delayed. Being normal psychomotor development, conclusion: it is observed that 30 (100%) preschool children evaluated 22 (84.6%) have a normal nutritional state with evaluation of normal TEPSI Test, 4 (15.4%) have a nutritional state of short stature with evaluation of normal TEPSI test and 1 (3.8%) has a nutritional status of overweight with evaluation of normal TEPSI test
