Relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y actitud sobre la prescripción antibiótica en estudiantes de Estomatología de la Universidad Privada de Huancayo Franklin Roosevelt

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y actitud sobre prescripción antibiótica en estudiantes de Estomatología de la Universidad Privada de Huancayo Franklin Roosevelt .Metodología es no experimental, prospectivo, transversal. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 40 estudiantes .Se utilizó la técnica de encuesta. Para lo cual se aplicó el cuestionario. Resultados, sobre conocimiento fue regular en el 57,9% de los varones y 47.6% de las mujeres; con respecto a la actitud sobre la prescripción antibiótica, esta fue favorable en el 65% y desfavorable en el 35%. Se concluyó que el nivel de conocimientos sobre prescripción antibiótica no se asocia con la actitud sobre prescripción antibiótica

This research aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitude about antibiotic prescription in Stomatology students of the Universidad Privada de Huancayo Franklin Roosevelt. Methodology is non-experimental, prospective, cross-sectional. The sample consisted of 40 students and the survey technique was used. For which the questionnaire was applied. Results: knowledge was regular in 57.9% of the males and 47.6% of the females; with respect to the attitude towards antibiotic prescription, this was favorable in 65% and unfavorable in 35%.
