Adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico y no farmacológico de los pacientes con diabetes mellitus tipo 2 que asistan a la institución prestadora de servicio de salud (IPRESS) – Huayucachi

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo es evaluar la adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico y no farmacológico de los pacientes, el método que se usó es un diseño básico, descriptivo, transversal y prospectivo, muestreo no probabilístico; fue empleada la técnica de encuesta y cuestionario como instrumento, la muestra de 35 pacientes con Diabetes Mellitus tipo II. Se obtuvo como resultados de acuerdo al Test de Morisky-Green, según datos generales existe una tercera parte que tiene adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico, como adherencia al tratamiento no farmacológico. Como conclusión es una tercera parte, no tiene adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico y como adherencia al tratamiento no farmacológico.

The objective of this study is to evaluate adherence to pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment of patients, the method used is a basic, descriptive, cross-sectional and prospective design, non-probabilistic sampling; the survey technique and questionnaire were used as an instrument, the sample of 35 patients with Diabetes Mellitus type II. The results were obtained according to the Morisky-Green test, according to general data, there is a third part that has adherence to pharmacological treatment, as adherence to non-pharmacological treatment. As a conclusion, one third is not adherent to pharmacological treatment and one third is adherent to non-pharmacological treatment.
