The objective of the study was to determine the level of knowledge of the use of micronutrients and adherence in mothers of children aged 6 to 36 months at the Atusparias Health Center - Chiclayo 2022. Methodology corresponded to a basic study, correlational design, non-experimental and cross-sectional, the sampling was census, so the population and sample consisted of 58 mothers who attended the growth and development control, the technique used for both variables was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. The Lickert rating scale and the observation guide were used, and SPSS V.26 was used for the analysis. The results show that of the total number of mothers, almost a quarter of 20.7% (12) have a good level of knowledge of micronutrients, of which 5.2% (3) have no adherence and 15.5% (9) have adherence with their children.
