The objective of this study was to determine the incidence of adverse reactions to antituberculosis drugs in patients treated at the Catalina Huanca Health Center in El Agustino during the period July to December 2021. This is a non-experimental, observational, retrospective, cross-sectional study. The study population consisted of 14 medical records of patients diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis treated on an outpatient basis and the study sample was census, that is, the entire population was included. The following results are reported: the incidence of adverse reactions was higher in male patients with 78.6%, the incidence of adverse reactions was higher in the 18-29 years age group with 50.0%, moderate reactions were the most reported with 100.0%, the system most affected by adverse reactions was the gastrointestinal system with 57.1% and the drug most reported as the cause of adverse reactions was pyrazinamide with 42.9%.
