The objective of the study was to determine the level of user satisfaction with the quality of care provided at the pharmacy service of the Primavera Health Post in the district of Comas, May to July 2021. The research design was non-experimental. The survey technique was used for data collection and the instrument used was the questionnaire. The study sample consisted of 384 users. The results were: the level of satisfaction of the users in relation to the availability of stock of medicines is regular (63.80%), the level of satisfaction of the users in relation to the waiting time for attention is regular (57.3%), the level of satisfaction of the users in relation to the empathy received by the pharmacy staff is regular (46.10%), the level of satisfaction of the users in relation to the safety of attention is regular (42.70%), the level of satisfaction of the users in relation to the hours of attention is regular (40.10%), the level of satisfaction of the users in relation to the availability of medicines is regular (40.10%), the level of satisfaction of the users in relation to the availability of medicines in the pharmacy is regular (42.70%) and the level of satisfaction of the users in relation to the hours of attention is regular (40.10%)
