The objective of the research is to determine the obstetric factors associated with dyspareunia in pregnant women attending the H.C.M.M. Juliaca 2022. The study is a basic, quantitative, correlational, non-experimental study, made up of 438 pregnant women; the sample was 205 pregnant women, in the result it was identified that personal obstetric factors such as: restarting sexual activity before the month 68.8%, age of the pregnant woman from 20 to 34 years 60%; basic education level 69.7%, type of mid-lateral episiotomy 30. Pathological obstetric factors [T1] urinary tract infection such as cystitis 39.5%; vaginal infection caused by candidiasis 40.4% it was determined that personal obstetric and pathological factors are associated with dyspareunia in pregnant women attending the H.C.M.M. Juliaca 2022. It is concluded that there is an association between obstetric factors and dyspareunia.
