The objective was to determine the relationship between the Gold standard of the biochemical marker D-Dimer and anticoagulants in patients who attended a clinical laboratory during the pandemic, Huancayo 2022, the research methodology corresponded. A descriptive level, with a non-experimental design; the sample of 318 patients was obtained. As a result, 174 patients after administration of enoxaparin 40mg did not significantly vary D-Dimer, compared to 83 patients who received enoxaparin 60mg who increased the Gold standard of D-Dimer. In conclusion, enoxaparin 40mg did not significantly vary the Gold standard of D-Dimer, compared to enoxaparin 60mg which increased the Gold standard of D-Dimer.
