Factores asociados al uso del implante subdérmico en pacientes del Centro de Salud Pedro Sánchez Meza - Chupaca, 2022.

Abstract

El objetivo de la siguiente investigación es determinar los factores asociados al uso del implante subdérmico en pacientes del centro de salud Pedro Sánchez Meza – Chupaca, 2022. El método es observacional, retrospectivo, nivel correlacional, se trabajó con una muestra de 301 mujeres en edad fértil elegidas por muestreo aleatorio simple. Como resultados se halló que las características demográficas principales fue edad joven, conviviente y ama de casa y las características obstétricas; primíparas, condición obstétrica de post aborto. En conclusión, los factores asociados al uso del método anticonceptivo de implante (Implanon NXT), fueron: la edad adulta, ser soltera, ser conviviente, ser estudiante, estatus económico regular y malo, la nuliparidad, la primiparidad y el ser puérpera.

The objective of the following research is to determine the factors associated with the use of subdermal implants in patients of the Pedro Sánchez Meza Health Center - Chupaca, 2022. The method is observational, retrospective, correlational level, working with a sample of 301 women of childbearing age chosen by simple random sampling. The results showed that the main demographic characteristics were young age, cohabitant and housewife, and the obstetric characteristics were primiparous and post-abortion obstetric condition. In conclusion, the factors associated with the use of the implant contraceptive method (Implanon NXT) were: adult age, being single, cohabitant, student, regular and poor economic status, nulliparity, primiparity and being puerpera.
