The objective of this research was to determine the depth of polymerization of two light-curing resin cements by interposing translucent zirconia discs of different thicknesses. The methodology of the research is applied experimental, cross-sectional, prospective and, according to the level, explanatory. The results show that the depth of polymerization for Allcem Veneer (FGM) presented averages of 2.98 mm, 2.85 mm, 2.58 mm and 2.30 mm, for zirconia thicknesses of 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 mm respectively. While for Rely X Veneer (3M ESPE), the averages were 2.85mm, 2.75mm, 2.56mm and 2.35mm. The main conclusion was that there are no statistically significant differences (p<0.05) between the experimental groups.
