Complicaciones post exodoncias en terceros molares retenidos en el consultorio dental central dentistas, Arequipa 2021

Abstract

El propósito de la presente investigación fue determinar las complicaciones post exodoncia en terceras molares que se presentaron en el Consultorio Dental Central Dentistas. El tipo de investigación fue correlacional descriptivo trasversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 100 pacientes atendidos en el Consultorio Dental Central Dentistas. Los resultados evidencian el 18% de los pacientes tenían de 20-30 años, 42% entre 31-40, de 41-50 años el 30% y finalmente el 10% de 50-60 años, Se encontró que 34% presentaron Exodoncia de terceros molares clase II y celulitis facial, mientras que el 25% presentaron Exodoncia de terceros molares clase II y dolor. Conclusión: La posición dentaria determina negativamente alguna complicación post exodoncia de los pacientes evaluados en el estudio

The purpose of the present investigation was to determine the post-exodontic complications in third molars that occurred at the Central Dentistas Dental Office. The type of research was cross-sectional descriptive correlational. The sample consisted of 100 patients seen at the Central Dentistas Dental Office. The results showed that 18% of the patients were 20-30 years old, 42% between 31-40 years old, 30% between 41-50 years old and finally 10% between 50-60 years old. It was found that 34% presented Exodontia of third molars class II and facial cellulitis, while 25% presented Exodontia of third molars class II and pain. Conclusion: The dental position negatively determined some post-exodontic complication in the patients evaluated in the study
