The objective is to evaluate pigmentation by ferrous sulfate in young human teeth at different concentrations and times, evaluated by spectrophotometry in Huancayo, in the year 2023. The analysis was carried out by means of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, for the confrontation of the discrepancies of the results found, Chi-square was used, making use of the statistical software SPSS 25. Regarding the results it was observed that the pigmentation by ferrous sulfate in young human teeth evaluated through adsorption by spectrophotometry in 1 min was 80% in ferrous sulfate of 75 mg and 50 mg; and in a time of 10 min it was 83.8% in 75 mg, while 86.7% in 50 mg. The study concluded that there is a difference in pigmentation by ferrous sulfate in young human teeth at different concentrations and immersion times.
