Uso irracional de AINES en gestantes que acuden a la farmacia Virgen del Rosario.

Abstract

El objetivo es analizar el uso de AINES en gestantes que acuden a la Farmacia Virgen del Rosario. La metodología del estudio es de tipo básica, transversal, no experimental descriptiva. La muestra la constituyeron 79 gestantes. Los resultados indican las reacciones adversas de los AINES usados por las gestantes, se observa que el 19,0% tuvieron prolongación del tiempo del parto. Referente al tipo de AINE más utilizado por las gestantes, se observa que el 35,4% consumieron Paracetamol. En conclusión, la patología que genera un mayor uso de AINES en las gestantes es el 31,6% quienes usan AINES por que presentan faringitis y amigdalitis.

The aim of the study was to analyze the use of NSAIDs in pregnant women attending the Virgen del Rosario Pharmacy. The methodology of the study is basic, cross-sectional, non-experimental and descriptive. The sample consisted of 79 pregnant women. The results indicate the adverse reactions of the NSAIDs used by the pregnant women, it was observed that 19.0% had prolongation of labor time. Regarding the type of NSAID most used by the pregnant women, it was observed that 35.4% consumed Paracetamol. In conclusion, the pathology that generates the greatest use of NSAIDs in pregnant women is 31.6% who use NSAIDs due to pharyngitis and tonsillitis.
