Determinar la incidencia de automedicación con antitusígeno/expectorante y rams preliminar extrahospitalaria en la Oficina Farmacéutica – Lima 2020

Abstract

El objetivo es determinar la automedicación con antitusígenos – expectorantes y cómo se relacionan con las reacciones adversas preliminar extrahospitalario en la oficina farmacéutica - Lima 2020. La investigación es de tipo descriptivo. Diseño no experimental y transversal. Población: 406 pobladores y la muestra 198 pobladores. La asociación sociodemográfica se encontró: la edad con el grupo etario 28-38 años; predomina el sexo femenino; el grado de instrucción es el nivel secundario; el nivel económico de la población muestreada es medio. La asociación del sexo y la automedicación con antitusígenos/expectorante para el tratamiento en la oficina farmacéutica se encontró con antitusígenos, se asocia con qué sede la tos y con el expectorante con la eliminación de la flema. En conclusión, existe automedicación con antitusígenos – expectorantes y se relacionan con las reacciones adversas.

The objective is to determine self-medication with antitussives - expectorants and how they are related to preliminary out-of-hospital adverse reactions in the pharmaceutical office - Lima 2020. The research is descriptive. Non-experimental and cross-sectional design. Population: 406 inhabitants and the sample 198 inhabitants. The sociodemographic association was found: age with the age group 28-38 years; female sex predominates; the degree of education is secondary level; the economic level of the sampled population is medium. The association of sex and self-medication with antitussives/expectorant for treatment in the pharmaceutical office was found with antitussives, it is associated with what headquarters the cough and with the expectorant with the elimination of phlegm. In conclusion, there is self-medication with antitussives - expectorants and they are related to adverse reactions.
