Intervenciones de enfermería en la prevención de anemia en madres de menores de tres años- Puesto de Salud Palian 2023.

Abstract

El estudio tiene como objetivo determinar la efectividad de la intervención de enfermería en el conocimiento sobre prevención de anemia en madres de menores de tres años en el Puesto de salud Palian 2023. El método fue explicativa, longitudinal, de diseño experimental tipo pre experimento con un solo grupo, la muestra estuvo constituida por 30 madres de niños menores de 3 años obteniendo como resultado antes de la intervención educativa un 53.3% evidenció un nivel medio, después de la intervención educativa se evidenció que el 76.7% tuvo un conocimiento de nivel alto, 23.3% conocimiento medio y ninguna madre registró conocimiento bajo. En conclusión, la intervención educativa fue efectiva en el incremento de conocimiento de prevención de la anemia en madres de niños menores de tres años con un T de Student = 8.462 y un P=0.000, lo que nos permite aceptar la hipótesis alterna.

The objective of the study was to determine the effectiveness of the nursing intervention on the knowledge of anemia prevention in mothers of children under three years of age at the Palian 2023 health post. The method was explanatory, longitudinal, pre-experimental design with a single group, the sample consisted of 30 mothers of children under 3 years of age, obtaining as a result before the educational intervention 53.3% showed an average level, after the educational intervention it was shown that 76.7% had a high level knowledge, 23.3% had an average knowledge and no mother registered low knowledge. In conclusion, the educational intervention was effective in increasing knowledge of anemia prevention in mothers of children under three years of age with a Student's T = 8.462 and a P=0.000, which allows us to accept the alternative hypothesis.
