This study was to determine the comparison of the adaptation of zirconium oxide copings at the cervical margin level prepared by two CAD CAM computer procedures in dental technicians in the city of Lima 2019. The methodology was experimental, prospective, cross-sectional and quantitative, in a population sample of 20 zirconium oxide copings. Results indicated that the average distance of the copings belonging to group A (AMANN GIRRBACH) was 86.34 microns and those belonging to group B (CERCON CEREC) was 93.29 microns, concluding that there are no statistically significant differences for both groups (p>0.05)
