Error en la prescripción de recetas médicas de los pacientes atendidos en 2 Centros de Salud de la Sierra Central del Perú

Abstract

El objetivo es analizar los errores en la prescripción encontrados en las recetas médicas de los pacientes atendidos en 2 Centros de Salud de la Sierra Central del Perú; siendo la metodología tipo de estudio observacional, descriptivo, retrospectivo y diseño no experimental, realizado en 350 Recetas médicas, empleando la técnica análisis documental y como instrumento la lista de cotejo. Como resultados se aprecia en cuanto a errores de prescripción según datos del paciente, que existe en el centro de salud David Guerrero Duarte, prevalece el 71 % en el CIE 10, mientras en el Centro De Salud Daniel Hernández, un 29 % no cumple con ello. En conclusión se encontró que un poco más de la mitad de las recetas médicas cuentan con errores de prescripción ya sea el Centro De Salud David Guerrero Duarte (58%) y en el Centro De Salud Daniel Hernández (57%), no encontrándose grandes diferencias entre ambas instituciones.

The objective is to analyze the prescription errors found in the medical prescriptions of patients treated in 2 Health Centers in the Central Highlands of Peru; the methodology used was observational, descriptive, retrospective and non-experimental design, carried out on 350 medical prescriptions, using the documentary analysis technique and the checklist as an instrument. The results show that 71% of the prescribing errors according to the patient's data in the David Guerrero Duarte Health Center are in CIE 10, while in the Daniel Hernández Health Center, 29% do not comply with it. In conclusion, it was found that a little more than half of the medical prescriptions have prescription errors in both the David Guerrero Duarte Health Center (58%) and the Daniel Hernández Health Center (57%), with no major differences between the two institutions.
