The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the observance of biosafety norms in students of the VII and VIII academic cycle of the stomatology clinic of the Universidad Privada de Huancayo Franklin Roosevelt, in the academic semester 2019 - II. Regarding the method, it is a basic research of correlational design. The sample consisted of 28 students of the Stomatology I and II clinic, corresponding to the 7th and 8th cycles of stomatology at the Universidad Privada de Huancayo Franklin Roosevelt, selected by non-probabilistic intentional sampling by convenience. For the collection of information, the survey technique and observation were used through the following instruments: questionnaire and biosafety attitude test. The data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics through Spearman's Correlation nonparametric test. The results showed that 50.0 % of the students had a "fair" level of knowledge and 46.40 % "good", and with respect to the observance of biosafety standards, 46.4 % had "fair" and 42.9 % "poor" observance. The study concluded that the level of knowledge and the observance of biosafety standards have a moderate and significant direct correlation
