Uso de antimicrobianos con consideraciones especiales en el servicio de medicina interna del Hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión Huancayo 2022

Abstract

El objetivo es determinar el uso de antimicrobianos con consideraciones especiales en el servicio de medicina interna del Hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión Huancayo 2022. Como método, se utilizó el tipo descriptivo, observacional. La muestra estuvo constituida por 65 unidades de antimicrobianos con consideraciones especiales. Teniendo como resultados respecto a los antimicrobianos con consideraciones especiales de uso, de mayor demanda, los resultados nos muestran que, durante el mes de octubre, se dispensaron 1597 antimicrobianos, siendo el antimicrobiano de mayor rotación el Meropenem de 500 mg con 662 unidades dispensadas (41,4%). En conclusión, el gasto económico mensual de los antimicrobianos con consideraciones especiales de uso, este fue de 9 059.9 soles, siendo el Meropenem el de mayor gasto con un 49,7% del total.

The objective is to determine the use of antimicrobials with special considerations in the internal medicine service of the Hospital Daniel Alcides Carrión Huancayo 2022. The method used was descriptive and observational. The sample consisted of 65 units of antimicrobials with special considerations. With regard to the antimicrobials with special considerations for use, the results show that, during the month of October, 1597 antimicrobials were dispensed, the antimicrobial with the highest rotation being Meropenem 500 mg with 662 units dispensed (41.4%). In conclusion, the monthly economic expenditure of antimicrobials with special considerations for use was 9,059.9 soles, with Meropenem being the one with the highest expenditure with 49.7% of the total.
