Posición del tercer molar y su aproximación al nervio mandibular en pacientes de un consultorio odontológico Lima, 2021

Abstract

El objetivo del siguiente trabajo de investigación es determinar la relación entre la posición del tercer molar y el nervio mandibular, el método que se hizo fue un estudio racional, descriptivo y transversal. La muestra lo conforman 270 tomografías. Los resultados evidencian el 2.2% presentan posición Distoagular, el 7,4% presentan posición horizontal ; el 37.8% presentan posición medioangular y el 52.6% presentan posición vertical de la tercera molar ; el 3.3% presentan aproximación al nervio mandibular tipo I ; el 28.1% presentan aproximación al nervio mandibular tipo II; el 30% presentan aproximación al nervio mandibular tipo III ; el 38.5% presentan aproximación al nervio mandibular tipo IV .En conclusión, existe relación entre posición del tercer molar y su aproximación al nervio mandibular en pacientes de un Centro odontológico Lima, 2021.

The objective of the following research work is to determine the relationship between the position of the third molar and the mandibular nerve, the method used was a rational, descriptive and transversal study. The sample was made up of 270 tomographies. The results showed that 2.2% presented distoagular position, 7.4% presented horizontal position; 37.8% presented medioangular position and 52.6% presented vertical position of the third molar; 3.3% presented approximation to the mandibular nerve type I; 28.1% presented approximation to the mandibular nerve type I; 28.1% presented approximation to the mandibular nerve. In conclusion, there is a relationship between the position of the third molar and its approximation to the mandibular nerve in patients in a dental center in Lima, 2021.
