In the present investigation it was identified that the pregestational maternal factors were: normal BMI with 69%, if there was a history of PROM with 30.2%, cigarette addiction with 15.5%. Maternal gestational factors were established as: APN greater than 6 with 56%, intercurrent infections such as UTI with 56.8%, oligohydramnios with 12.1%. Fetal factors were indicated as: multiple fetuses with 9.5%, fetal pathologies, such as respiratory distress syndrome with 15.5%; Apgar at normal minute with 85.3% and late prematurity with 86.2% and with NS < 0.05. In conclusion, it was established that pregestational maternal, gestational maternal and fetal factors are related to the latency time of premature rupture of membrane in pregnant women attended at the Hospital de Azángaro 2022.
