Abstract

La investigación es de método básico de tipo y nivel descriptivo No experimental, de corte transversal. El objetivo de la investigación fue Determinar la Adherencia y reacciones adversas al sulfato ferroso en el tratamiento de la anemia en niños de 4meses - 4 años del Centro de Salud de Magdalena. Cajamarca-2022, donde la técnica que se utilizó fue una encuesta desarrollada por la Escala del test de Morisky. La validez y confiabilidad del instrumento se realizó con el juicio de expertos quienes conformaran dos Químicos Farmacéuticos con el Grado de Magister y uno con el Grado de Doctor. Se utilizará como instrumento el cuestionario y además se consideró las fuentes de información documentos científicos, revistas, página web, entre otros. En el resultado, llegamos a saber en cuánto tiempo recibió el tratamiento para su anemia, reacciones adversas.

The questionnaire was used as an instrument and the sources of information were scientific documents, journals, web page, among others. In the result, we got to know how long she received the treatment for her anemia, adverse reactions.
