Comunicación interna y su relación con la gestión organizacional en la Institución Educativa Nuestra Señora del Carmen, Huancayo 2023.

Abstract

El objetivo es llegar a establecer la relación existente entre la comunicación interna y la gestión organizacional dentro de los colaboradores pertenecientes a la institución educativa Nuestra Señora del Carmen, Huancayo 2023, dentro de la investigación se empleó como método general, el método científico, la investigación fue de tipo básica, con un nivel correlacional no experimental teniendo una población de tipo censal compuesta por cuarenta y cuatro colaboradores de la institución al año 2023, dentro de la prueba de hipótesis se obtuvo como resultado que el valor de Sig. (bilateral) permitió rechazar la hipótesis nula planteada, obteniendo a su vez un coeficiente de correlación Rho de 0.778** el cual evidencia una correlación positiva alta, En conclusión,se acepta la hipótesis general y específicas en todas ellas rechazando la hipótesis nula.

The objective is to establish the relationship between internal communication and organizational management within the collaborators belonging to the educational institution Nuestra Señora del Carmen, Huancayo 2023, within the research was used as a general method, the scientific method, the research was of basic type, with a non-experimental correlational level having a census type population composed of forty-four collaborators of the institution to the year 2023, within the hypothesis test was obtained as a result that the Sig value (bilateral) allowed to reject the null hypothesis, obtaining a correlation coefficient Rho 0.778** which shows a high positive correlation. In conclusion, the general and specific hypotheses are accepted in all of them, rejecting the null hypothesis.
