Autopercepción de la estética dental e impacto psicosocial en pacientes de odontología de la IPRESS San Francisco –Huancayo 2022

Abstract

En la presente investigación se concreta como objetivo, determinar la relación existe entre la autopercepción de la estética dental y el impacto psicosocial en pacientes adultos que acuden al servicio de odontología de la IPRESS San Francisco, Huancayo en los meses de junio y julio del 2022. La muestra estuvo conformada por 190 pacientes adultos que acudan al servicio de odontología de la IPRESS San Francisco durante los meses de junio y julio del 2022, seleccionada mediante el muestreo censal. El análisis de los datos se llevó a cabo mediante la estadística descriptiva y la estadística inferencial a través de pruebas no paramétricas, haciendo uso del software estadístico SPSS.

The objective of the present study was to determine the relationship between the self-perception of dental esthetics and the psychosocial impact on adult patients who attend the dentistry service of the IPRESS San Francisco, Huancayo during the months of June and July 2022. The sample consisted of 190 adult patients attending the dental service of the IPRESS San Francisco during the months of June and July 2022, selected by census sampling. The data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics through nonparametric tests, using SPSS statistical software.
