The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between biochemical markers and the nutritional status of patients with chronic kidney disease treated in a clinic in Huancayo 2022. The method applied was descriptive, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design, the data were analyzed, considering descriptive statistics in the SPSS v 29 program. The results indicate that 44.4% of the patients according to the biochemical parameter of hemoglobin presented moderate anemia, followed by 3. 7% corresponding to severe anemia, 29.6% according to the biochemical parameter hypophosphatemia, followed by 12.3% hyperphosphatemia, 40.7% hyperkalemia, 4.9% hypokalemia, 82.7% hyponatremia, 17.3% normal sodium concentration, 32.10% malnutrition. In conclusion, biochemical parameters are indicators that affect the nutritional status of patients with chronic kidney disease.
