The investigation focuses on a commercial enterprise, given that discrepancies were found in treasury management; Among which the fact of not reconciling their income and expenses to facilitate their monitoring stands out, generating inaccurate reports giving rise to liquidity problems. In this sense, the objective was to determine the relationship between treasury management and liquidity of a commercial company in the district of Los Olivos during the period 2021. The methodology used was quantitative with a correlational scope; using the questionnaire under the Likert scale as instruments; and the documentary analysis sheet. A high positive correlation was found between treasury management and the company's liquidity; supported by a significance value of 0.009; whereupon the alternative hypothesis is accepted; Likewise, the correlation coefficient had a value of 0.920, demonstrating that the relationship is positive of a very high degree. Although the company showed strengths in overall liquidity (1.13) and working capital (174,743.09), it may have required cautious liquidity management on the acid test (0.50) and careful considerations regarding long-term commitments on the defensive test (0.22). It is concluded that treasury management is related to the liquidity of the company, demonstrating that all events that occur in terms of income, expenses and bank reconciliations will be linked to the availability of cash of the company to cover each of its corresponding short-term and long-term obligations.
