Objective: To determine is the relationship between the quality of care and satisfaction of mothers of children under 3 years of age who attend the CRED control of the Centro Materno Infantil México, San Martin de Porres - 2023. Materials and methods: The present study is of a quantitative approach, of a correlational-transversal design. The population was made up of 169 mothers of children under 3 years of age who attend the CRED control of the Mexico Maternal and Child Center located in San Martin de Porres, the data collection technique being the survey. The instruments applied were the care quality questionnaire and the mothers' satisfaction questionnaire. Results: Regarding the general hypothesis, there is a relationship between quality of care and mothers' satisfaction (p<0.05). In the specific hypotheses, environment and mothers' satisfaction, a significant relationship was found (p<0.05), in technical and mothers' satisfaction, a significant relationship was found (p<0.05), and in human and mothers' satisfaction, a significant relationship was also found. found a significant relationship (p<0.05). Conclusions: According to the general hypothesis, a relationship was found between the main variables.
