Abstract: Las habilidades sociales son conductas positivas que algunas docentes desarrollan dentro de las aulas del nivel preescolar, permitiendo a los estudiantes relacionarse satisfactoriamente con personas de su entorno. Por ello la investigación tuvo por finalidad conocer cómo se desarrollan las habilidades sociales al retornar a clases presenciales del nivel inicial desde la experiencia docente. Este objetivo de investigación orientó al estudio mediante el enfoque cualitativo y de método de estudio fenomenológico, en la cual participaron tres docentes de instituciones educativas del nivel inicial de Lima Norte. Para esto, se aplicó la entrevista semiestructurada que consta de 8 preguntas, divididas en tres categorías para su análisis posterior, apoyándose en los datos y bibliografía revisada. Al concluir, se obtuvo como resultado que las habilidades sociales son beneficiosas para los estudiantes, ya que permite expresarse libremente, fomentar un diálogo asertivo para establecer relaciones armónicas, así también, el uso de estrategias por parte de las docentes, que favorece el desarrollo integral de los infantes del nivel inicial.
Social skills are positive behaviors that some teachers develop in preschool classrooms, allowing students to interact satisfactorily with other people in their environment. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to know how social skills are developed in the return to face-to-face classes in the classrooms of the initial level from the teaching experience. This research objective guided the study through the qualitative approach and the phenomenological study method, in which a sample of five teachers from educational institutions of the initial level of North Lima participated. For which, the semi-structured interview was applied, consisting of 8 questions, divided into three categories to later analyze the answers, discuss them, based on the data analysis and reviewed bibliography. At the conclusion, it was obtained as a result that social skills are beneficial for students, since it allows them to express themselves freely, an assertive dialogue between peers is encouraged in order to establish harmonious relationships, likewise, the use of strategies on the part of the teachers, which favors the integral development of the infants of the initial level.
