Abstract The main purpose of this research was to analyze the correlation between the quality of care provided by the nursing team and the perceived level of satisfaction by users in the emergency area at Monteluz Clinic, Lima Norte-2023. This is quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional study with two questionnaires: one for the quality of care variable consisting of 16 items and another regarding user satisfaction, which consisted of 46 items. The participant group included 238 users of Monteluz Clinic, who were part of the sample selected for this study. The results, regarding the quality of care, showed that 37% of users are not satisfied at all, 32.4% have moderate satisfaction, and 30.7% of users expressed satisfaction concerning nursing care. In relation to the level of satisfaction of emergency service users, 34% demonstrated a high level of satisfaction, 32.8% exhibited a medium level of satisfaction, while 33.2% showed a low level. It was concluded that there is a significant relationship (r = 0.758, p = 0.001) between the quality of care provided by nursing staff and the level of user satisfaction in the emergency area at Monteluz Clinic in Lima Norte-2023, demonstrating a strong and positive correlation.
