The purpose of this research was to know the relationship between HR management and the solvency of a construction company in the Los Olivos region in 2019. In methodological terms, the approach is quantitative, with a transversal and level-level non-experimental design correlational. As for the population, it was made up of 80 employees of a construction company, resulting in a sample of 20 employees of said company. A survey was used as a data collection technique and a questionnaire as a tool. The results obtained showed that HR management is significantly correlated with the solvency of the company (r=0.558 and p < 0,05), the better the HR management, the better the solvency in the construction company. It was concluded that human resources management has been significantly related to the solvency of a construction company because it is related to many processes and works together with other areas, which means that if the company does not improve its hiring, personnel and does not regulate its operations, then the company can contribute. Its solvency may be affected by the lack of good personnel to guarantee compliance with the company's objectives.
