Objective: The purpose of the research was to determine the quality of life in the pain, physical, social and psychological dimensions in adults with peripheral venous insufficiency in a private clinic in Lima Norte. Materials and Methods: The study employed a quantitative approach with a non-experimental, descriptive, and cross-sectional methodological design. The population consisted of 240 individuals, with a sample of 148 people. The applied technique in the fieldwork was the survey, and the data collection instrument was CIVIQ 20, which consist of 4 dimensions and 20 items. Results: Regarding the quality of life across its dimensions, it was found that in the dimension of pain, 52 adults, representing 35.14%, experienced mild pain. In the physical dimension, 71 adults, representing 47.97%, occasionally experienced some physical impairment. In the social dimension, 50 adults, representing 33.78%, often experienced certain changes in social activities. In the psychological dimension, 109 adults, representing 73.65%, lacked of psychological support. Conclusions: The psychological dimension predominated in the quality of life, since many individuals experience negative emotions and unfortunately do not seek sufficient help to cope with the illness. This implies that patients may not enjoy an optimal quality of life. However, many people manage to have a good quality of life despite facing peripheral venous insufficiency.
