Objective: To determine the quality of life with regard to health during the pandemic in older adults with non-communicable diseases who attend a polyclinic in Comas, 2022. Materials and methods: The research was assumed from the quantitative approach with a cross-sectional descriptive methodological route. The study involved the participation of 114 people; the technique was the survey and the instrument applied was the SF- questionnaire that presents 36 statements. Results: Regarding the main variable, the high value was more frequent with 49.1% (n=56), followed by the very high value with 29.8% (n=34), the average value with 10.5% (n=12) and the low value with 10.5% (n=12). Concerning the dimensions, the very high value had a greater magnitude in physical function with 54.4% (n=62), in physical role with 76.3% (n=87) and in bodily pain with 73.7% (n=84), the average value predominated in general health with 60.5% (n=69), the high value predominated in vitality with 41.2% (n=47), in social function with 39.5% (n=45), in emotional role with 57% (n=65), in mental health with 63.2% (n=72) and in change of health with 62.3% (n=71). Conclusions: Regarding the main variable, the high value predominated, followed by the very high value, the average value and the low value. Respecting the dimensions, the very high value predominated in physical function, physical role and bodily pain. The high value predominated in vitality, social function, emotional role, mental health and change in health. Finally, the average value was relevant in general health.
