Resumen: Objetivo: Determinar la resiliencia en madres adolescentes en un hospital de Lima Norte, 2022.
Materiales y métodos: El estudio fue realizado bajo la concepción del enfoque cuantitativo. el diseño fue descriptivo y transversal. Se contó con 115 madres adolescentes participantes. La técnica empleada fue la encuesta y el instrumento fue la escala CD-RISC 25 que presenta 25 ítems y 5 dimensiones.
Resultados: En cuanto a la resiliencia en las madres adolescentes predominó el nivel alto con 70,4% (n=81), seguido del medio con 25,2% (n=29) y bajo con 4,3% (n=5). De acuerdo a sus dimensiones, en persistencia, tenacidad, autoeficacia predominó el nivel alto con 73% (n=84), seguido del medio con 21,7% (n=25) y bajo con 5,2% (n=6), en control bajo presión predominó el nivel alto con 72,2% (n=83), seguido del medio con 20,9% (n=24) y bajo con 7,0% (n=8), en adaptación y capacidad para recuperarse predominó el nivel alto con 60,9% (n=70), seguido del medio con 37,4% (n=43) y bajo con 1,7% (n=2), en control y propósito predominó el nivel alto con 70,4% (n=81), seguido del medio con 25,2% (n=29) y bajo con 4,3% (n=5) y finalmente, en espiritualidad predominó el nivel alto con 60% (n=69), seguido del medio con 34,8% (n=40) y bajo con 5,2% (n=6).
Conclusiones: En cuanto a la resiliencia en las participantes predominó el nivel alto, seguido del medio y bajo.
Objective: To determine the resilience of adolescent mothers at a hospital in Northern Lima, 2022. Materials and methods: The study was carried out within the parameters of the quantitative approach and the descriptive-cross-sectional design. The population was composed of 115 adolescent mothers. The technique used for this research was the survey and the instrument was the CD-RISC 25 scale, which consists of 25 items and 5 dimensions. Results: Regarding resilience in adolescent mothers, the high level predominated with 70.4% (n=81), followed by the medium level with 25.2% (n=29) and the low level with 4.3% (n= 5).
