Currently, printers have a very important role in our daily activities, at home, in a bookstore, in a workshop, in an office, etc. The types of printers are several of which can be defined in three groups: laser printers that use a toner cartridge (powdered input) for printing; inkjet printers that use liquid ink cartridges and impact or matrix printers that use nylon ribbons similar to the old typewriter. The company G&H TECHNOLOGY S.A.C buys these ribbons in the form of a coil about 933 meters from China, but to be able to place them in a cartridge it has to be divided into small spools of approximately 8 meters. Given the requirement of customers, this company has the need to perform this process manually. The demand for nylon coils has been increasing despite the fact that the production process is deficient. For this reason, this research project was carried out in the company G & H TECHNOLOGY SAC, which does not have a good production of nylon coils, for this reason it is required an electronic equipment that is capable of performing several actions together in a systematic way with the purpose of converting 933 meters of nylon coils into small coils of 8 meters and that will later be placed in empty cartridges of different brands such as: Epson, Oki, Okidata, Olivetti, Samsung, Brother, among others. The implementation of this electronic equipment is to optimize the time of the process by dividing small coils manually, generating an economic increase to the company.
