Abstract: Objetivo: Determinar el síndrome de burnout en internos de enfermería de una
universidad de Lima Norte, 2020.
Material y método: Investigación cuantitativa, diseño no experimental,
descriptivo y de corte transversal, cuya población fue de 65 internos de
enfermería del IX y X ciclo de una universidad de Lima Norte. Se empleó a la
encuesta como técnica de recogida de datos y el instrumento utilizado fue la
Escala Unidimensional de Burnout Estudiantil (EUBE).
Resultados: Referente al síndrome de burnout se determinó que 43 internos de
enfermería quienes representan el 66,2% no presenta burnout; sin embargo, 22
de ellos representaron el 33.8% con un grado leve de burnout. En cuanto a la
dimensión comportamental se cuenta con 42 internos quienes representan el
64,6% y no presentan burnout, mientras 23 internos quienes representan el
35.4% presentan burnout leve; en la dimensión actitudinal se encontró que 59
internos quienes representan 90,8% no presentan burnout y 6 participantes que
representan el 9.2% presentan burnout leve.
Conclusiones: En cuanto al síndrome de burnout en internos de enfermería
prevaleció quienes no presentan burnout y una tercera parte de participantes
presentaron burnout leve.
